I got a question for those of you who bought the HID kit where’d you mount your ballast’s? I’m thinking of the place right by the corner light right in the wheel well. Luckily I’ve still got the splash guards. I wanna know where else is a good place to put it.

i mounted mine behind the headlights on the chassis. right where the flat part is.

i mounted 2 (3500k-h3) in front under the bumper support for the fogs and 2 (6000k-9007) under each fender for the driving lights. i have one piece black housing head lights. hella bright !!!

Wouldn’t the ballasts get all wet from heavy rain?

It shouldnt matter if it gets wet.Most are water proof

^^ GAT DAMN!!! Talk about mad tyte JDM glare… fuck that. Go with a retrofit in my opinion. Looking at that pic even hurts my eyes… imagine seeing that shit at night…

Whats up with all you people against the glare???:wtf: Stop being pussy and wasting money on retrofits when the glare produced aint even that bad.

I would invest in performnace parts before I worry about my headlights being to bright.

^^^That looks better than most ghetto ass retrofits anyways
