I got a new head put on (non vtec), but now my idle is stuck at 1600rpm… I know somone else who had a LS/vtec done and has the same problem.
Try Adjusting the idle at the throttle body
Also check your throttle linkage cable make sure it is not pulling on the throttle linkage.
A cracked throttle body gasket can also create high idle
Check and make sure all vacuum lines are plugged in and there is no holes or cracks in vacuum line themselves.
Well I can’t adjust the idle on the TB because the idle screw doesnt even do anything when i turn it. and the cable is fine.
