My car is revving up to 2.5k when its cold and it has began to knock on start-up but goes away after a second. The only thing I have done lately is adjust the TPS to .45v closed because before it was 1.6v and was throwing a code. When it warms up a little it settle down to 1k-750rpm, never throws one code. Its an OBD-0 B16a
check ur iavc and other intake sensors… my cuzin still havin that problem with his ek hatch w/ a mini-me… if not mite be ur ecu from wat the manual said
