buy it, try it, rate it and then review it.
i did buy it i will let everyone know when i get it.
Nice, hopefully you can get it to fit right. Post pics and how-to
thats pretty pimp, if this project turns out pretty good, i’m liable to do something similar. OEM integra armrests are hard to find, and the ones i do find, dont match my interior. i usually find the tan ones or the dark blue ones. and my interior is black. so if this fits well without alot of modding, i think i might do this
definately keep us posted on how this goes. and DO A WRITE-UP for it so others can follow in your footsteps
yea… let us know if it really does… FIT…
:rimshot:
i was wonderin when someone would say something like that. i was gonna say it myself, but wanted to see how long it would take someone else to say it.
I’m the king of cheesy jokes… i was allllllll over that…
yea haha dam iam still waiting for it to show up!
it def looks like it could fit let me know if it does cause ill definitly need to pick one up
its been over a week… I HATE WAITING this might be worse than a lot of foreplay…
It did not FIT!!!
Anyways I had to cut it up and make it work.
The first thing i had notice is that the top half of the console, the part were it connects to the bottom haif is the same diameter of my stock center.
So i cut the bottom half aprat as shown in my pics.
only useing the back part with swivel i made two metal barkets to extend the
swivel up were i need it, then i made a L shape barket to suport the top half of the consol.
then on the bottom haif i had cut two slits to side the barket i made in the stock center.
I was going to make a barcket to help hold it but sits nice a sturdy havein the
back of the ashtry as a suport. ( I can pop in and out any time i want)
then I had cut up whats left of the bottom half of the fit center and use them to cover the backets i made. :naughty:
It looks nice the lether part dont match but the plastic does.
this is not a honda part its a after market company.
nice!
well heres a link to get a oem armrest for i think the same price 75 bucks, BUT there is no picture of the armrest
thats a cool link to find some more goodies
someone order that armrest so we can all see it heh…
Yeah, I’d really like to see it so I know if it’s the actual armrest with the cup holders; of if it’s the one that attaches to the seat.
BTW, if I attach the seat mounted armrest, do I lose my lumbar adjustment? The placement looks like I would. It’s a 93 LS if it matters.:manual:
My version of a armrest
Hey Everyone here’s my finished version of the armrest in my Teg’…This is from my EG it just screws right into the existing holes and it looks like it came from the factory
Killer man! Do a write-up w/ better angles please. I’d like to do this to my 93 ls. Is that a Factory EG option, or is it JDM? I had a 94 EG but it didn’t have that. It looks like you got a little bit of space leftover between the shifter area & the new console. Got a pic of that so I can see?
Hey, where you @ in Florida? Close enough to make the Tampa meet Aug. 19 Sat. @ 12:00pm? There’s a thread on it in the Meet Formation forum. :burnout: :manual:
This is the stock usdm Civic armrest…And Yes There is a small space from the shifter and the armrest itself but it still looks like it goes there because the begining of the armrest is squared off and there is carpeting there as well…Just screw the the two bolts in the existing holes and You can either cut around the seatbelt housing or just squeeze it in between them like i did…:ghetto: It doesn’t effect the inside pocket at all…And you can’t tell that it’s squeezed either…
