Hood Release

I was installing some bulbs today on ma cousins 93 gs and then i closed the hoood …then i went back later to try to pop it open and it wouldn’t pop open…i believe that maybe the wire popped is there any other way to pop the hood open i am not even sure How to fix this …i tried to pull the wire with plyers but nothing if any one could help …

Hood release cable runs thru the left side front fender well. You can get at the cable by removing the fender liner. I’ve never done it but that’s what they say in the Teg Tips section. (I guess it’s pretty easy for a thief to get into the engine bay this way.) Good luck.
