My '90 LS has a thin, black trim on the front edge of the hood. It’s held in place by screws and a couple of clips. Is this present on ALL stock DAs or is it an add on? I’d like to remove it to clean up the look, but thought it might be an idea to see if it serves an other than cosmetic purpose. Thanks for any insight.
Those are definitely OEM seals, but I am not 100% sure what they do other than prevent water from blowing in under the hood and above the headlights.
