Push the stud back and remove it from behind the window glass. It should not be stuck on there very hard. As you are doing so, watch so that the washers on either side of the glass don’t fall down in the door. Just replace that bolt and you should be fine.
Added Note:
If the washer on the foreground side of the window is attached to the broken stud in question, you then need to remove the nut on the back that is actually holding the stud to the window. If this is the case, use vise-grips to hold the front portion of the stud while you use a box wrench to remove the nut on the back. In this scenario, after the nut on the back is removed, the stud would then come out from the front.

i know this is ghetto but the only way to get that screw from the dealership is to buy the window (yeah sucks i know) so what i did is heat up the plastic, dig the screw out, go to home depot and buy something similar and jb weld the screw back in. I know this works cause i did it on my wifes accord and it still is going strong after a year

I find that difficult to believe, but I’m not going to rule anything out. Is that what they actually told you at the dealership?

[B]Ive, I tried the first method you mentioned. But I had no luck trying to hammer it out. I looked behind the window and I can see a washer with 3 holes on it. I tried to turn it to loosen it but it didn’t seem to work. The nut you mentioned is not there. What do I do with the washer with the 3 holes. I’m guessing I have to try to pull the stud out since hammering it through is not working.
Thanks!

Eric, perhaps this illistration I found will help you better understand what I was trying to refer to:
Item #29, is the nut I’m talking about. I was under the impression that it was part #34 or #40 that you broke.
The easiest way to fix it is to pull the door glass out of the door. Honda/ Temperlite (door glass OEM) uses locktite on the bolts that get threaded to the washer with three holes. it might be easier to drill out the part and either go to dealer and order the part or go to a salvage yard and get another one from any Honda car (they are all the same on all makes, models and years of honda /acura cars). Too bad your not in South Florida I have a few of those at my house. I keep sets of extra glass just incase. I picked that habit up after my first car got broken it to 5 times. Nothing worse that hearing your alarm go off and finding a pile of glass next to the car.
Just use caution when drilling the stud out. If the drill slips you might find your self ordering a new door glass.
