I have a 93 integra ls coupe and I had to swap out my hatch because of rust damage. I got 2 hatches from the junk yard and both of them sit crooked. When I put the old 1 back on it sits flush. Anyway the old one cannot go back on because it has a huge piece missing from the rust. One hatch is from a gs and the other one doesn’t have a trim badge but it does have a wing. If anyone has some experience your help would be appreciated. Thx!
I’m sure this has happened to some of you guys. Any input!
dude if it has a wing its a gs if it doesnt its ls or rs and wing or no wing they all fit the same
I know what you mean as my left hand corner sticks out a little more then it should. A n my other hatch was perfect I think it just how you move it to get it lined up
did you get it at the junk yard ? if you did how did it look in the car it was in?
I got mine from N1 an it came off a rsi an it looks clean it just need to do a little adjustment. not sure about the person who started this thread
those bolt holes should be sloted to minor adjustments like that can be made arnt there. Its been years since I pulled the hatch from my shell and can remember:(
Can you post a picture of how it off?
Don’t have access right now because I’m out of town. I tried everything but it just doesn’t make any sense why it doesn’t sit flush. In the service book they said it is adjustable but either way I move it one side has a little gap and overlaps a little bit. I will put pictures to make it more visual. Thx!
