Cut flat slot into each of the fasteners holding the TPS onto the throttlebody (TB). This slot will need to be the right size to fit a flat head screw driver in. A dremel with a cut-off bit works well for this.
Once you’ve cut the slots in, use the flathead screwdriver and unscrew them. Be gentle/careful pulling the TPS out. Install is the reverse of removal, and the key is to be gentle.
