i use meguiars quick interior detailer and duragloss vinyl/leather conditioner…makes interior look factory new with minimal shine…
regular armorall will dry your dash…use a teflon, silicone or organic dressing…wipe off excess

I’m using the new Armorall Ultra shine work wonders and last twice as long and yes only thing is its too shiny or looks greasy.
Ive been using armorall on my dash for years and my dash looks brand new.
Just don’t use armorall on leather. Dries it out.
For leather use mothers leather cleaner. And then use the seperate leather conditioner. I prefer it over meguiars.
Meguiars everything for wax, polish and paint cleaners.
have you guys considered duragloss products? they are made here in NC and have been said to be as good as zaino…i use duragloss products and i love them.
wow every one uses amoral to CLEAN their dash, i guess you guys mean you use it to dust it off.
to clean it, i use carpet cleaner and a light brislte brush, then i slap some AA on the to get that shine back.
works realy well. thats how i detail all my cars.
I decided to hold off on going all out on the dash. I did buy the Mcguiers cleaning solution for the dash, but the stuff didn’t come off. The stuff in question is paint from the car. The paint is old as hell and it comes off when you touch it (getting it repainted in September).
I figure I will replace the dash anyway because that plastic piece at the very front of the dash that has the VIN# on it is cracked up in like three places.

The trim piece he’s talking about, can you just replace that without taking off the dash?
baby wipes…
seriously, they are the best and most economical method i’ve found…

I read another thread and people seemed to indicate it was all one piece.
That sucks because mine is also cracked, but thanks anyways.
amorall is the worst thing you can use on anything in your car. it will kill the life of vynle. use lexno vynle cleaner and conditioner you can find it at any auto store
I would go with Megs all they way. Armor All left the shine but greasy to the touch.
i use STP Son Of A Gun…
Works amazing and lasts quite a while.
i have a 1990 ls, are the roof and sun visors real leather?
yeah…good ole japanese leather, also known as vinyl…lol
oh okay, I wasnt sure if I could use the same armor all spray i use on my dash or if I needed to use leather cleaner.
Toilet paper…Oh my bad I thought you said “how do you clean your A$$”, not dash!!
Armor All spray, not the wipes…makes all the difference! It makes it soooo shiny, it’s crazy.
turtle wax F21 spray. People bitch at me when I clean black parts with it before shipping because “they are so fucking shiny! It makes the rest of my interior look dull!” It smells like soft serve vanilla ice cream too.
