How do you know when Code 0 is thrown?

If the check engine light blinks to represents the code being thrown, whats does code 0 do? Stay on while jumped? Never come on? My check engine light stayed on while jumping the connector, would this be code 0?

What is code 0 I have this code any my car will not start at all I have replaced everything I mena
When I say everything… I mean everything from relays to brand new distributors new ECU ect.
What could be the problem ???

it means bad ecu, check all your grounds, your harness see if u have any pinched wires ect. and does it just crank or what?
