i searched…
i have a complete b20 head
and im getting a built b20 shortblock
what parts to i need to put together

-t-blet
-headgasket
-head studs

nething else

and how hard is it to do?

also what are the torque specs for the head studs ?

its really easy. i recently put my head and block together and i’d never done it before.

GET THE HELMS MANUAL!!! it will show you how to put the head on as well as the torque specs.

you don’t need new head studs, you can reuse the old ones if you want.

pretty much all you’re gonna need is:
timing belt, head gasket, valve cover gasket (if needed), and some honda bond. a water pump and tensioner pulley would be good ideas as well depending on the age of the old ones.
