I think that these are adjustabl gas shocks and I need some. how much are they and also, will they even do anything with crappy arospeed coilovers???
They aren’t adjustable. They’re $275 shipped from www.importhorizon.com. If you want adjustables, tha tokico illuminas are $425 shipped from there. If you want to, get tha agx’s for a 88-91 civic/crx.$350 shipped from coximports.com. Or look on www.groupbuycenter.com. But get coilovers. I heard it’s a pretty nice combo and that’s what I’ll be goin’ with. IMO I think you should just break down and get some gc’s or skunk2’s rather than putting those arospeeds on. Also look at koni yellows. But they’re a little on tha expensive side. HTH
Hey thanks for the sites. I already got the Arospeed coilovers off of ebay for 60.00. I thought that was a good deal so I got 'em and I sort of regret it. My friend has them on his 94 civic and they arent bad and he is on stock shox. I havent put mine on yet so I might get some others. If I put one the Arospeeds, what are good shocks to match with my coilovers?
Also I will probably be dropped like 2 inches, so would I need the adjustables?
I’d prefer tha adjustables shocks so you can set what kinda ride u want (ie: soft or stiff). Look at tha illuminas, agx’s, and koni yellows. Tha yellows have made themselves very popular on this site, but like i said tha price is pretty high. If you’re gonna be dropped only two inches and not gonna adjust ya ride height, i’d say put those coilovers back on ebay and buy some neuspeed sport springs. It’s a 2" drop and it appears to drop ya a little lower. It’ll be a better ride than tha arospeeds IMO. They’re pretty cheap and carry a quality ride you’d like.
