Just to give you some reference on the 1.4 springs… the front is 3 fingers and the rear is 3 fingers with an empty tank or empty trunk. Rear is 2 fingers when full. Now some fingers will vary in size, and my springs are over 6 years old. I hope to get coilovers soon.
I drive my car all the time between chicago and Purdue. Where in IN are you from? i guess I may go with the H&R sports. The race version may still be too low, so hopefully I’ll get my 2 finger gap or so with the 1.8.
yes i’m hoping for the same thing bro, i dont’ want it to be too big of a wheel gap, i’m hoping 1.8" will do the trick, cuz i had 1.5" drop with my g1teg and it looked ok.
what color are your Rota’s in that post?
Im from Dyer, about 15 minutes south of Hammond Purdue Calumet(im assuming this is where you commute to).
I do have an extra set of Neuspeed Race springs for sale but I would probably reccomend you go with the sports…softer spring rates are gonna be much more comfortable with all the shitty potholes on I94.
I have a set of sports that im pairing with my konis but still havent installed them cuz Im waiting for brakeline brackets from a local G2 owner.
“steel grey” – IIRC… I got 'em last year from www.machiii.net with ES100’s mounted by them. I think the mount/balance could have been better though… (off-topic…)
The color is awesome - turned out better than I had hoped! Hides brake dust well.
Wraith: I have the same rims as you:
WRAITH: The first one is pre-digital camera and less tint. Konig GT-R 16x7 w/ Pirelli P7000 205/45/16. These are the summer rubber.
These are also 16’s…
I am really tired of these rims but I think they look nice on your car. I think the main reason I don’t like them is my ride height. For kicks I thought about painting these and did a photoshop:
