how to check cluster

i have a spare ls cluster lying around and i was wondering how do i make sure it is in good condition.

i know that all of the lights are out of it but that doesn’t matter. shouldn’t i just be able to make sure none of the circuit board traces are not burnt out and that should be good?

what else should i check for without actually plugging it in?

the reason i am asking is that i want to sell it to someone but i do not want to sell them a bad cluster.
