ya that guy has that same thread on here too so i tryed it on one of my old ones that was cracked and came right apart so i was like wow that wasnt hard so i do it the same way as the first time and it cracked a little i was like NNOOOOO o ya i already tryed the super clean trick and got one with a big pink spot and the other one had two little black spots on it and i did them at the same time so thats why i was lookin for the best way to take them apart so anyway now i guess im lookin for some new lights again does anyone have a set and does the bleach work better then the super clean stuff

my boy has a set of 90/91 an we took the pink out all ready an he is saleing them hit me at greazemunkey73@yahoo.com

the bleach works but it takes longer. go to your local auto parts store and look for a cleaner that’s high in alkaline I used purple power from auto zone. it’s gonna take some time. I had pink spots but after a while of moving the tail light around with the solution inside they finally became white. It’s not as quick as you think. just be patient and you will get the results you want.

yea i used a bottle of super clean (deagreaser) and hot water and it worked great. just add some super clean swish around add hot water and repeat a couple times that should work for you to

i did it one time and fell asleep watching tv for like just a hour or so and then went to see if it worked and there was black spots on one and a big pink spot on the other one

i just did this the other day. i tried a mixture of purple power (universal degreaser) and hot water, and it was working slowly. so i poured it out, and just put like half a cup of straight degreaser in each hole and swished it around for 3-5 minutes and kept an eye on it as i did it. worked fast and really efficent all within 5 minutes.
