hey i was just wondering if anyone knows how to hook up a vtec controller by apexi, i looked under the teg tips and searched but cant find out how, i got it and its a bunch of wires and i have no idea how to hook it up. please help

First, you gotta know what ECU you have. If you got the horrid instruction book from Apex’i for the install, the page with the wiring instructions is pretty much what you would go by. It’ll say like the red (power) wire is to be spliced into the ignition wire going to the ECU. That’s when you pull up your ECU diagram (the page before the wiring instructions) to see what pin it is and splice it into that wire going into that pin.
It’s pretty simple cut and splice but it’ll take some patience. Make sure it is spliced good and secure or you will get a cell like I did when driving. It drove me crazy trying to figure out what the problem was until I found out one of my spliced wires was loose. Some people weld the wires but that’s too much for me 
If you don’t have the instruction booklet, it’s somewhere online for you to view. I think Apex’i website has it. Let me know if you have any questions. HTH
