does anyone know how to install them and what do i need to do it ? will it give me any power gains? thanx

what motor do you have? these header are really designed for vtec engines that can rev to 8k rpm. you might loose some low end if you put these on an LS motor - unless your LS can rev to 8k then it’s no biggie. just my 2cents anyway

you should gain a little bit of high end power, but the type R header i beleave is the same thing as the newest GS-R header…so it might not be anything great…and as for the installation its pretty easy just a socket wrench and a patience…ha let us know how it goes…
