im having a radio problem and my radio has a shitty service and the guy that had it before me told me that i need to replace the antenna so he got one for me and all i need to do is replace it,
BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT!!!

open your trunk, remove the interior plastic paneling on the antenna side, this will expose the antenna, where you will have to disconnect it from the plug, and unscrew the antenna.
wait… i just re-read what you asked… is your antenna stuck in the up position? or does it retract back into the car?
