How to Unplug Seat Belt Motor?

My passenger side belt will go down the track but won’t go back up again any more.

I can pull the belt back to the up position, and then want to unplug the motor so that it stays up there. Can someone tell me how to do that? I’m not sure where the motor is and what to unplug. Is there a fuse that just controls the passenger side motor I can pull out? Thanks for the help

its right behind the seat in the side panel. like right next to the persons feet in the back seat.

do I need any special tools to get the panel off, and what should I look for to unplug? Thanks.
