so if you havent seen any of my threads of the car ive had for about a year now. my horizon gray da. exhaust came with the car and i barely ever found any information on it. anyways, heres a video of a little camera day test action. sorry if it gets a bit shaky and loud inside the car ! need to stop being lazy and fix it all. need new motor mounts if you cant tell -.- and also a clutch which im getting and putting on towards the end of the winter.

never heard of HP Racing exhaust. the one in the picture looks like a 40 series Flowmaster muffler with welded exhaust piping and tip.
thats what i thought too until i found out this crx has it also
and during some of my research ive found a thread on a forum with a DA that was selling the exhaust, a full 2.25" catback so that gives me the impression that its an actual brand that was made.

I recently looked at an intake manifold made by a company called HP racing. I did quite a bit of looking and didnt find any retailers for them at all. must be out of business or something.
idk but i dont see anything for HP racing exhaust. from what im remembering, HP made tips for exhausts and it was the type of style back in the early 90s… IDK if thats right but yea. your tip might be a Tip: HP - Tip Dia: 96mm - Piping Dia: 55mm - Hatchback Only

ive got an HP racing catback on my 97 mirage 1.5 and it sounds good. not the best since my motor was(is) having problems but it had a nice deep tone.
yeah i know it looks ugly, its the one thing that i do not like about the rear end. but looking from the video i posted of the crx it looks alot cleaner with a polish and i could maybe get another tip welded on. i really like the sound of the exhaust, it sounds completely different from most exhausts ive heard. my motor is completely stock and when i get around 5k it sounds like vtec
