Ok. i came to the conclusion that since i cant lower my teg, and as much as i love plain stock steelies… 
its time to get some hub caps.
this is about where i get stuck.
there was a teg posted somewhere (may have been team-integra) with hubcaps painted white, looked nice.
im pretty sure i want to go with the same style of hubcap.

they dont have to be acura, but i would like the ones that the lug nuts hold down.

Why cant you lower it? Why not buy a set of actual rims? But if your insistent on some hubs try your local junk yard for a pair of Acura hubs and paint them as for what style to buy…well im not much help there because I think that they all look god awful ugly…I HIGHLY suggest getting rims and lowering it since it looks 100x better

doesnt matter, decided last night that i either need used ones in decent shape or i need to wait untill i get a few other minor things taken care of like my lower pcv hose. also think i have a bad bushing in the left front (makes a scrape noise when i go over bumps, but theres no signs of scrape)
cant lower it because i allready scrape bumper pulling into our parking area if im not super carefull.
honestly, if someone handed me everything i needed to lower it a bit, i would do it anyway and just start using the exit as an entrance like the neighbor in his police cruiser. but money is tight because we are saving, and i just cant afford to lower it and get rims and tires. ive even been putting off getting the lower pcv hose put on and ive been putting off the GREAT mobile window tint guy i know.
its a death trap:
the camaro in the pic scraped badly every time, the owner was a douchebag and didnt care.
last i saw, the front end was cracked and it wasnt running (no clue why exactly) had to be towed out.

the exit isnt as steep but its more dangerous because of people speeding while leaving.
heres my car.
id still like to pull the dent out on the right/rear quarter panel, not sure if i can access it from inside but im going to try some weekend.
but the right front fender is a bad one from a white teg, left front fender is cracked under the sidemolding.
need a right front fender liner too, id like to replace the fenders and fender liner all at once and finish pulling the radiator support straight (almost there but need to pull the bumper off for the last few pulls.)
so as you see, there are things that may be more important than lowering it and putting rims on it. so i will settle for hubcaps.
