I just got into work// on my way in I noticed a low humming/grinding coming from the rear. Wheel is definitely coming off for inspection before I leave to drive home. Any suggestions on what I should look out for?? I have search on the subject… Other posts say look for stuff lodged in the wheels, inspect brake hardware. Am I missing anything
Look around in the forums, There’s a recall on the rear asle bearings from years ago, maybe yours are crapping out now.
if it’s humming/whining it might be a bearing. Jack up each side and spin the wheel to see if it makes the noise. It could also be your brake pad indicator, which is on the inside pad. Take your wheel off and see if you can see the indicator touching the rotor.
