As of right now I haved dc coilovers mounted on eg front forks… well my issue is they rub , I had bought new forks for a civic dx , so my question is if I get ones specifically for a 94+ integra my axles will clear? Any info is appreciated
The axle is rubbing the fork? Are the forks turned the proper way?
Yes the axle rubs… and I believe they are turned the right way ? I did some research on part numbers and all front forks for a eg/dc even a type R , ill look some more at my suspension and see if the forks are the right way
The bend of the front fork should be towards the front of the car.
Well after some looking underneath my axle will only rub if I have the wheel absolutely cranked one way… my plan for now is just go a gc/ koni set up and do it right
The dc/eg forks are known to rub and you have found out. If I recall correctly it isn’t much and you can grind a little off the fork. If it’s like you say and it’s only when it’s fully cranked to the side then it shouldn’t be too much that needs to be taken off.
