i found what is the main cause of idle problem on most da's

hello i just fixed my idle from jumping from 500-2000 i went through all other fixes tps check ok fit valve check ok iacv good there is a valve that mounts on the intake top center this is the most of the problems on the idel issue it works by vaccume pressure keeping it closed when the spring in side it gets weak it thinks the vacume has dropped and opens a port in to the iacv in port on the out side of the throttle valve by removing the big vaccume line from the intake that feeds the valve plugg the valve where the hose connects or build a block off plate with a peice of alumnium can then u will have to adjust the idel air screw on the throttle body. turn on all loads ie light with high beam on and heater fan on high. adjust rpm to 6-700 rpms and this should fix ur problem

OK. Now in English where I can understand it.

Sounds useful but yes, I think you have to rephrase it all. You lost me a quarter into reading it lol.

Here. I think I fixed it to how it should be.

ok so basically remove the hose & adjust idle screw? (with highbeams and heater on full)

Holy punctuation. Only two periods in that whole paragraph??

Thank you for cleaning up that mess, teggykid952.

the problem i see here is after adjusting the idle at full load what the hell happens to the idle at no load when you stop at a red light or something? I would assume it drops off so your gonna idle at like 2-300 rpm? doesn’t sound too smart why not just replace the faulty valve if that is whats causing the problem?

what hose on the intake manifold? PCV?
