to sell this thing I had since 1991. Me being a father of three and close to owning a van. eek! But what stops me from selling it, is those freaking people on the road keep giving me the thumbs up and random peeps at the local am/pm stop and look and bug me and ask questions about it. And of course the popular one, “I wish I hadn’t got rid of my teg”. awwwh. damn it. I’m trying to let it go, but its hard. Lots of memories on it though. Thought I’d share whats on my mind.
i love it man!..that spoiler can give me a questionable…wtf at times, but right now…on point.
Looking good as always one day i’ll be in your position thinking about that decision haha.
I definitely know how you feel as I’ve been tempted to let mine go lately.
If you have the means, I definitely say keep it. You definitely have a piece of Honda-history, and a clean one at that. For the amount you’d get out of it, imo its totally worth just keeping it around.
Completely off topic, but after seeing where you’re from, I miss San Diego
Don’t do it! Keep it. I sold my first one and have regretted it to this day. I had a 92 GS in mint condition 13 years ago in high school and college. Now I have a 91 LS that I am trying to work on to get as close to the 92. I am a father of 2 like you so I can sympathize with you but, I promise you will regret it if you let it go. I told myself back when I sold my Integra that there would always be another car that I would want. Well truth of the matter, nothing ever sparked my interest like the 2nd generation integra.
Never selling mine…the gf knows that and hates it haha:dance: so keep it!! Even if it’s just stored at least you’ll never regret selling it if it ever comes to that. ( which we all hope doesn’t)
Ul regret it. Everytime suttin breaks onma car i always get the y dont u buy a new car with all the money u spent on this car u cuda had a bmw or suttin im like no its no its not a da so i wont be happy. Keep her shes clean man
don’t do it!!
thats one nice clean car! i have three kids and i just got mine out of storage after 8 years and compleatly re-did it after 8 years of collecting dust. if you can afford it man i would say keep it all the way!! your first kid to turn 16 can learn how to drive in it
Thanks for the encouragement fellas!
If you’ve owned it since 91, and have yet to find the right reason to sell, you never will. After 20 years, I think you’re stuck with it.
I will second this notion. just put it up in storage. the second you sell it, youll regret it.
i agree, any man i have ever talked to has memories of some car they sold that they wish they never sold. KEEP IT! especially after this long as the owner. it would be a damn shame to let it go. You will probably feel like you lost your dog, or got a divorce. Not cool lol
I am so attached to my DA I will never sell it. And I mean it too. I would hang myself if someone bought it and tore it up.
