i/h/e

wattup guys just wondering what numbers i can make on a dyno if i have b18a with i/h/e and crower 403’s… If anyone has this setup what cars were you able to compete with?? also should i go ls/vtec, swap, or rebuild my b18?.. whats more reliable and which one will help me with emmisions?? i know many people have discussed these questions but i need someone to really break it down to me… like whats difficult about the swap or ls/vtec and what will cost more. will the b18 rebuild be cheaper? if so what will i need to have a strong quick motor? i want hp and relaiblity… any suggestions or answers will be aprreciated… thanks…
