OK… this is the first time I’ve had to replace my fog light bulbs, and I went to six stores in my area looking for the bulbs. All they had were the 55 watt H3 bulbs. So finally, when I took my car into the shop, I told my mechanic to put new fog bulbs in, however, they are also the 55W!!! I’m glad that I looked at the packages before I melted my housing… :dead:
So where can I get bulbs for my fog lights? I went to:
Murray’s
Murray’s (diff location)
Autozone (guy there recommended next one)
Radio Shack
Sears
Meijer
Mechanic
I have not been able to buy the stinkin bulbs!! Where can I get them? I’ll even order online if I need to… :roll:
And if possible, where could I get gold bulbs or a gold condom thingy to put over the new bulbs?
I’ve had 55w bulbs in my car since i bought it (1pc and stock). It hasn’t melted anything yet and it’s been a year and a half. And on the 1pc, on the fog light bulb covers, it says 35w and 55w. Maybe it tells what the minimum and maximum wattage you can put there. I would leave the 55w bulbs in there but that’s just me.
well if your gonna run with your fog lights on constantly at night, then i would recommend 35watts. but if your only gonna use it every once in a while, then go with 55watts.
speaking from personal experience, i melted my fog light housing with 55watts, but that was with constant running at night.

I got a virus sent that hotmail identified as Acurags. Fortunately my norton scanned it before it was downloaded, but it is very anoying. I have a mail box that gets hit every day by different people. Really pisses me off. And this email account has no way to block.
buymysoul: your not in my contact list, and if i did get an e-mail from you, i most likely deleted it since i don’t read any e-mails from people i don’t know. i just ran a virus check and came up with no virus.
if anyone else here knows what he is talking about, please post back becuase i’m positive i dont’ have any viruses on my computer.

Ahh, now I see, sorry for the blame spikeymike, I’m not used to these new fangled viruses, I just rember the good ole ones I guess. Next time I get one I will look at the details so I can try to figure out where it really came from. Hope you didn’t take the acusation as an insult, just how I thought it worked.
