I thought we’d be lousy with these things up here given Canadian law permits imports that are only 15 years old, but a look through the local classifieds only yielded one example of a 1990 model: http://www.kijiji.ca/v-cars-trucks/edmonton/1990-nissan-skyline-gtr-coupe-rb26dett/1040396660?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true

Most I’ve seen on the road here are pretty rough around the edges. Though with R34’s being available now maybe some well-kept examples might make their way back into circulation if current owners are looking to upgrade. There’s also been some chatter about a potential right-hand drive ban here in Alberta, so it could be interesting to see how that plays out.

I have no idea how easy or difficult it would be to get one imported via Canada though.

Oops I totally missed this post!! I don’t know why!! I’m going to take a look. I was thinking of quitting because of the overinflated prices but this brings me a bit more hope. Plus I just changed jobs to a position that deals with logistics, again. Maybe I can work out a better deal now. Thanks!

The exchange rate is in your favour so it might be worthwhile if the fees to import from Canada are reasonable.
