selling it is a terrible idea. dont drive stupid. i have had modded cars for 10 years now and i havent been hassled by the cops more than twice and the last time was 5 years ago. i live in redneck land too where i am in the vast minority driving a low japanese car vs. raised trucks and a million camaros and mustangs. dont let em get ya down. pay your tickets or whatever and move on, take it as a learning experience to not drive dumb and keep the car. (i know you think you werent but you did something stupid enough to catch the eye of the cops so…)
Definetly don’t sell it! Thats a clean ass da!! If you love it than who cares what they think. If you obey the laws to the fullest than they cant hit you with moving violations. I’m not sure how picky they are there, but all they wld be able to do is pull you for illegal mods. Which here in virginia is small fines. If you learn from other peoples posts and threads on the forum, you will def regret it! Just SLOW DOWN!!! lol
Sell it!! So I can buy it. Lol jk jk. Agreed with everyone here. Unless its going to me don’t get rid of it. It doesn’t have to be the daily…save up for a daily so you don’t have to worry. Take it out for a joy ride when you feel like cruising.

I’ve never really been hassled by the cops in the past. Whatever tickets i’ve gotten in the past are ones i deserve.
I think it’s kinda funny how right before i saw the cop, i was thinking to myself, “Man… this mustang probably wants to race me because he’s kinda driving like a dick. I’d better keep my cool… i don’t need anymore tickets”. Then bam… i get pulled over along with him.
Oh well… you live and you learn, right? I’m hoping that once i bring this to court, the judge will take my side. The cop who pulled me over will probably be given some sort of discipline after the complaint i’m going to make. I’m going to be talking to his inspector tomorrow morning. The fact that some disciplinary actions have been made in relation to my incident should help me out. So keep your fingers crossed, g2ic! hahaha

Do noottt sell it bro that DA is fucking clean. Selling my DA will never cross my mine I love it, just get a daily or a beater car and garage/storage the DA and take it out on special occasions. Cops can be dicks but don’t let them put you down.

If I was in your situation, I would keep it. When I looked at it and from what you told me, you seemed like you put a hella lot of effort into it. Selling it just because a couple of tickets would never cross my mind. If you want to attract less attention from the cops, then make it stand out less like the others said.
Side note: I think I saw your DA at the summer meet. Looking good! 
In your case, I think you are getting profiled by the way you drive and not by the car you drive. Yes I understand driving a “modified” honda or almost any honda with cosmetic/ ricer tweaks will get you an automatic ticket (in most cases). As you can see I live in California where we have a bad reputation for “street racing”, cars sent to the referee, cops targeting hondas etc, and I hear alot of people whining about “yo so this cop pulled me over because I drive a Honda” bla bla bla. Yes it can happen every now and then but if you drive responsibly you shouldn’t have any problems. It still surprises me the way some people whine here in cali about cops but then you hear them with some fart can exhaust doing 40 on a 25mph st, and thats what gets a bad reputation for hondas most of the time. Some dude recently ran over a lady and her son by my neighborhood two weeks ago, I looked at the car he was driving, and it was some riced out EF with some "17 wheels, that shit pissed me off because this son of a b%#& was trying to catch up with a 350Z and looked what he caused.

I got two tickets back when my DA was completely stock. My DA is currently lowered with no fender gap, rims, roll cage etc. Althought is not a daily I like to drive it every now and then (resposibly) and haven’t had any problems.

eh. just dispute the ticket (i imagine you already are). the cop is not going to show up, seeing as how you’ve already lodged a formal complaint. if you’re in the right, you should be good to go
