Identifying plugs/Radiator Fan

I need to identify these two plugs (see attachments).

I will be getting a mishimoto fan and the fan has a direct plug n play for the model/year of the vehicle. However on the G2 integs there is a separate harness for the stock fans. So does this plug n play into that harness or the chassis harness?

I’m actually certian the (Yellow/white)-(White) is for stock fan harness.

Are those by the intake resonator hole?
