Video wouldnt work. So i just took a picture. Wit the AC on and the car in drive it idles this low at random intervals. Its worse when the car is cold

Youâre in Drive with the air conditioning on. Does it get worse with your headlights on? Did you already check your main engine ground wires / chassis points? Did you notice if your distributor is accidentally set âretardedâ (vs. advanced) ?
Headlights do not affect idle whatsoever. I have not checked my engine grounds, ill do that next after i work on the FITV.
I set timing as close as possible, the marks are extremely difficult for me to see.

One thing i also noticed, with AC off and in drive, stopped at a signal the idle fluctuates just a little.
Reply when you get a chance to inspect your grounds. Look at the one under the battery platform (trace it back both ways) and the engine valve cover especially. I replaced mine with some 8ga oxygen-free stranded copper wire (used for amplifiers).

this is making me want to clean the idle air intake valve on my 90 integra because it idles super low when cold and when you turn the ac onâŚ
