after my car warms up when i just sitting there the idle goes from 1,000 rpm to 2,000 rpm back down to 1,000. it keps going up and down does anyone know what that is? thanks
try these things:
-reset your ecu (make sure you do it properly)
-check your coolant level, top off if necessary
If that doesn’t fix the problem then it could be your TPS or IACV (are those letters in the right order?). But most likely if it was your TPS then you’d be throwing a code.

how do i replace the iac and where to get?
Did you adjust your idle RPM? If you did and did it incorrectly this could be a result.

it might be your alternator. mine went out this past saturday. i put in a new battery and my car still died. my windows wouldn’t roll down as fast as normal. my battery light stayed on. be careful driving, mine went out on the highway.
