Hey guys, I’m a Canadian and a while back I bought some stuff from Brandon at IL4. He seemed to be a genuine guy. I bought $630 worth of product off him, he overquoted me on the shipping by $47 which he said he’d keep on my account. I wasn’t pleased, but considering there were some other items I was considering purchasing I agreed. Now I’ve tried ordering a short shifter off him and he’s not responding. I’ve sent him 3 emails over the past 2 weeks and not a peep. I’m not calling because I’ll lose that $47 to long distance fees. Overall, I’m really not impressed with IL4. Any suggestions? Anyone close by to them that would be willing to represent me and see what’s going on? Or does anyone know if something messed up has happened to them that would explain why I’m being ignored. Thanks. And sorry if it sounds like I’m bitchin’, I’m just bothered by this whole situation.
If you bought it with a credit card speak with your credit card company. They will most likely ask for a receipt if you have that they will match it what was charged. Now if the receipt shows the extra for shipping then you are Shit out of luck as your C.C company will most likely said you agreed to the amount.

Well technically he didn’t overcharge you he gave you a price and you paid it then the shippig was less he could honor what he said about giving you a credit but he’s not obligated it’s like if I tell someone it’s 20 to ship something and it’s really 25 I’m not gonna call them and be like you owe me 5 bucks same if it’s cheaper I’m not gonna send them 5 back it’s a tough situation tho cause it’s 40 something not $5 lol call and see what happens

I just ordered off Vulcan tires and they blew me away with service, cost AND delivery. $350CAD shipped, 2 business days shipped!! And they emailed me right away when I couldn’t get their tracker working.
