How do I get rid of that annoying BEEEEEEPIN sound coming from the passenger side seat belt thingy???!
lol. i have those 97 leather seats. i want the seatbelts to work (auto) but it just keeps that beeping. so unplug the 22 pin connector from the auto seat belt unit. i would like to know how to leave them working and just disable that beeping/speaker. like cut which wire or disconnect it which wire on the control unit? check here too but its the samething. i hate these seatbelts
put your autoseat belt on. how did you install the seats? the complete rail swap? if so, you shouldn’t have any problems with the seatbelts.
Complete rail swap…and I hate the automatic seat belts…LOL, So I bought some TRUST 4 Point Harnesses that Work like a dREAM!!!
since you have the rail mounted, connect all the harnesses and you won’t have any beeping.
ok, your problem is, if u take out the passenger seat, you disconnected a fuse lookin wire, it is what is making the beep, just cut that fuse off from your stock seat, plug it in, and your good to go.
hth…
