I’m right there with you on the unemployment thing. I knew Dan wouldn’t flake on someone, I always had my hopes. Danny V is too good of a person to scam someone. I’ll admit it looked bleak for a while, but I’m glad there is communication again.
Yeah, it’s not fun trying to get your money back from someone who is trying run off with it. All because you lost your job, does not make it okay for you to “borrow” someone’s money until you can pay them back. So it is entirely your fault.
Having to pay for bills and your own place is nobody’s problem, but yours. It’s no excuse to take their money and use it. You’re not the only one that has to do that. Did they lend it to you or did they pay for an item?

What a piece of work!!! Those that know him know he wouldn’t scam anyone??? That is exactly what he did. I would seriously be filing charges with the local authorities, and let him tell his sob story to them.
not to him. to his friends. on the request page, you can add a message. if you wanted to, you can send him an add request with whatever note you wanted. i personally would not want to go that route till after a coirt case is settled. i will probably be filing paperwork if he does not respond by the end of the deadline i gave him. by the way, if you are going to file paperwork, you need to make sure to give him a reasonable deadline. it will look better when the judge asks for information on the situation. damn, i’m going to end up visiting all of america if i keep following people to sue them!
