What the heck is that. Looks like jaws took a chunk out of that thing…I’m thinking bondo and form it up. Or use whatever some guy was making a rear custom spoiler with on a thread he made on here. U probably gotta look for it…Also get a better picture of it. Take it out of the wrapper.
If it’s the same shape and size as the regular spoiler which I think it is. I would just go get a stock spoiler from the junk yard, make a cleaner cut on the jdm spoiler-make the same on the junk yard spoiler, take that piece from the junk yard spoiler and insert it in the jdm spoiler, secure it, use some bondo, sand, prime and paint. If I’m not mistaken, the gsr spoiler and jdm spoiler are the same. There was a optional jdm spoiler that had a longer led light which resembles the 90-93 accord spoilers.
if you are going to use bondo anyway just cut a piece of something as filler and use bondo, why go through finding another spoiler to cut a piece from. a chunk of almost anything cut to fit would work.
I didn’t see any mention if he has the chip or if it was lost in shipping when it happened anyway.
if he has it, i would probably trim and clean up the sharp/thin edges, glue it in, shave it down so you can get a little more bondo on it to work with, and sand it down.
I’d be pissed though, I would call and complain and make whoever sent it fix the problem they caused by packing it in plastic wrap like a dumbass in the first place. 
we all know MOST delivery employees are far from careful with stuff.
