I recommend everyone spread the word about this guy on other Honda/Acura forums. He’s bound to be on another forum as well.
I hope all of you guys already filed police reports. And you need to post up the PD contact info so you all can contact the same person at the PD, cause i’m sure the person there will want to handle all the issues at the same time.

I called norman pd and they said that the complaint i filed was referred to the patrol division… kind of odd.

Best thing to do would be to call WU and start the process if your ready or find out a little bit about it like what kind of information you will need in order to file a dispute and how long, on avg a dispute may take. They should be able to give you some kind of ball park figure.

that’s the problem. the money will not be returned by western union. it will have to be via legal action. He will not get away with it if we don’t let him. it is sad that a kid would mess up his record (possibly for the rest of his life) over something so stupid.
Yeah I feel you on that. Kinda off topic but applies to your statement; I got a DUI in 2000, took care of all my fines, community service, and education classes. Earlier this year I was denied a great opportunity to work at Cisco because of the DUI, they didnt care that I completed all of the required corrective actions and have not even recieved so much as a j-walking ticket since then, I was simply told that due to my history they would not be completing the hiring process and revoked their employment offer.
Same can/will apply to this gentleman should he prove all of you guys right. I’m still holding out that you all will get your money/parts but as the days go by this seems less and less likely.
I haven’t actually called WU, but I did fill out a Fraud dispute form.
I will call tomorrow. I’ve just been so busy trying to get this car together that I haven’t really had time to focus on this dumbass.

called norman PD today and they told me i need to take it up with my local PD. if anyone has a police officer or detectives name they could give me in which you’ve spoken to that would help before i call my local PD.
