so i called the norman PD and they said that the complaint was forwarded to one of their police captains? that’s kind of odd. never heard of a captain handling a complaint like that directly. hopefully it is a good thing for us!

yea i filed one online but unsure if it was the right place to do it. took me a while to find the form so i hope it was the right one.
