the form is not online. you need to call the cleveland county courthouse. they will take your home address and mail it to you. after that, you’ll need to fill out the form and and send it back to them.

i forgot to mention, you need to get ready to pay at least $63 for all the court fees. another thing you’ll have to consider will be if you want someone to serve him or not. hopefully, he’s not wise to signing certified mail. otherwise, you’ll need a process server or a sheriff to deliver the papers. i was told that a sheriff would be another $50. i’ll have to post his excuse for not paying. anyone else hear it yet?

the address is tied to someone called stephen butts. he said that it is somebody else’s. however, i paid stephen butts for the radiator i bought. i wonder who that is.
So I texted him last night demanding him to pay. He keeps telling me next weekend like he did before, but fuck it. It’s time to file if it’s the only way I’m getting my money back. Yeah the judge may not reimburse my traveling costs, but it’ll be worth the ~100 I’ll be investing to teach this punk a lesson. Did the money clear? Hmm…Stephen Butts… probably one of his drug buddies in on it.
i took it out of paypal and sent it to my checking account the same day. i can’t imagine it not clearing. i also made him write a small disclaimer forfeiting the right to charge back and to describe why he was paying me the money. has he told you his story of what happened?

that’s the trouble i had with them. they were very hard to understand. I can’t believe they are making you request the form in writing. maybe you should ask them again…

Then i s@tarted posting some of his parts and then i gave him the money and he was suppose to send since he had the money he kept telling me he sent stuff but ne@ver did thats why i kept sayin everything was shipped instead he screwed me over and now i have to pay for it since it was my name i would not have give@n people my address and number to purposely rip them off i even sold my whole integra to a guy on the board and he came to my house to pick it up but si@nce this was all my account and my name i have to pay everyone and he gets to stab me in the back and walk free @
i scanned the form if you want it. i think you’ll still have to make three copies of it since the original is carbon copied onto two other sheets. i have an extra form if you want me to mail it to you.
