that’s what i’m guessing. i’m still not sure if i should drive or fly. flying will cost me about 210 roundtrip. the teg will cost me about the same but with a time penalty 
then again… driving gives you a big liberty. on top of that, i woon’t have to rent a car!

i filed a small claims suit with the cleveland county court. cost me $63. i’m gonna take all the other paperwork with me to court and sue him for the actual cost of the property that he has not sent me. i finally got my papers in the mail. we’ll be going to court on the 18th.
do you have a suit against him too?
i talked to him today and he’s supposed to be making payments to me and first one being by saturday latest. ill let you guys know what happens
yea, he keeps wanting to settle. i gave him a deadline of friday. i am not counting on him to follow through with it. i kept asking him about my part and he had nothing to say about it. i can’t wait for him to go in front of the judge and explain what happened to the parts.

i don’t know. from what i’ve read, you cannot recoup costs in small claims. however, it seems like its up to the judge to do so. i guess i’ll just present my side and see what happens. i guess i’m gonna have to start collecting all of the paperwork i’ve accumulated. i don’t know what to do about text messages. i guess i can transcribe them? i’m mainly doing it to teach him a lesson. that, and i get a vacation out of it! i’ve never been to oklahoma before. do they have barbecue there? i wonder…
