Sir. There’s a very simple solution to this big headache of a problem. Simply post afew tracking numbers or show a picture of a reciept showing that you shipped out the items. Then everyone will be happy and have hope that you sent the merchandise. I dont feel it necessary for me to be rude to you as I dont have anything to do with this and you’re already getting it from everyone else.
Everyone is all riled up with alligations of you scamming them, I dont know if your feeding off this attention or what. It’s not necessary to have all these people go through this if you’re being honest… Customer satisfaction should be a top priority. Be the bigger man and prove it. People here cant just take your word for it, It’s so easy to scam people online so everyone wants to take every precaution and things are not looking to be in your favor. Hope you do the right thing.
Trust me, the local police WILL do something about it. I KNOW THIS FIRST HAND! Like I said before, my little brother never shipped out a transmission that someone paid for. The LOCAL POLICE showed up at my grandparents house (where he lives) with a Spartanburg County detective. They asked him if he was Andrew xxxxxx and asked about the transmission. He had until 12pm the next day to have it shipped or refund the money. Either solution needed proof of receipt of refund or tracking number. If he didn’t comply they were taking him to jail for internet fraud and larceny.
So aside from what YOU may think. I know the local police gets involved in these matters. The IC3 just helps. There is enough evidence on here as well as enough people that were scammed, for the police to take this seriously. Hopefully it will be a crooked cop that shows up, and will have previously read this thread realizing what kind of complete idiot you are, and just shoot you on spot.
So people don’t let him conjure you all into thinking it’s pointless to call the police because like I said, I KNOW FIRST HAND how it works.

I think everyone should stop asking where their parts are, to post tracking numbers, threatening him, and in general just stop directly addressing Chris Wilbanks. Its obvious at this point (at least to me) that A) he fucked us over and never had the parts he sold us, and B) He enjoys the attention and enjoys coming on here and fucking with us.
Best case scenario, we continue to post on here to keep each other updated, we each contact the authorities, those being both ic3 and the Norman PD, and do what we can to get our money back and get this turd what he deserves without giving him he satisfaction of getting everyone constantly riled.

The company I work for sold something to some guy over ebay. We shipped it out COD cashiers check for something like $6500. The guy gave fedex a fake cashiers check, we got it back and could obviously tell it was fake. Called the bank and was no good. Called fedex and, “oh well if it looks like a check we will take it”. Called the cops in the city where the shipment was delivered, gave them all the info I had. A few months later the secret service calls me asking about what happened. They caught the guy, he ripped off other people. Went through a long drawn out trial, he got convicted and we won judgement for the amount he ripped us off. So far we have got back about $3500.
Fraud is Fraud and your ass is going to get caught. Better start cooperating now and make things easier.
