Im not sure were to start. The clock doesnt work the radio doesnt work the interior dome lights dont work the wipers dont work and the sun roof motor runs all the time even when the key is out. when you step on the brake pedal and have the dome lights switched on they will turn on but only if i engage the brake. I have no idea whats going on the car is possesed. wtf is going on.
My goodness! Seems like you car is on crack. Kidding. Does you car start at all with all that going on? Not sure if this the problem but check your battery ground wire.
Check it starting from the battery terminal to the connection point under the battery then to the tranny. Make sure they are not loose on the connection points. Also check the cable itself if its not bent out of shape.
Start there first. If thats all good then I don’t know man. good luck.
And the corner lights dont work? The car starts fine i just got it back to life On 4/20 . i just got done getting it painted so i have put everything back in it besides the under side of the dash. The tranny is grounded to the chassy at the same point as the battery where it has always been grounded oem ground. I got a new icu and put that in and still everything is effed. Im going to try and reground the drivers fuse box and have my dad take a look at it and see if can figure out what is going on.
Any more ideas?
I also lost my lug key and dont even have the new rims on it yet :tapfing:
I guess thats what happens when you celebrate 4/20 while working on your car.
You shouldn’t be smoking period when working on the car. See… now you _ucked it up. You passed the joint to the teg. hehe.
The radio the clock and the interior lights didnt work the first time i swapped the engine in. but the wipers worked. and the corner lights still didnt work. i dont under stand it the head lights fog lights and turn signal work. I think its smoken more then a dooby
Update. Interior lighting works. Radio does not the unit get power for about 5-10 seconds and then goes dead. the wiper sun roof relay keeps blowing fuses we have unplugged the sun roof the rear hatch wiper the wiper motor and still pops them. WTF
I just chased a problem similar to this for days, everything was criss-crossed, my RPM gauge was reading voltage and shit, I ripped apart my whole interior chasing it. It ended up being my battery the whole time, it had malfunctioned internally and the sides were bending out a bit, it was sending improper voltages to everything i guess.
If you’ve already checked your battery/tried a different battery, and you checked all your grounds and they’re all good. You’ve tried a different ICU that was a good call.
I donno man what your describing it could be your actual fusebox has malfunctioned or you have a break in those wires somewhere which is grounding out causing the fuse to pop.
The door windows the sun roof the wipers and the radio all go this red plug that just ends the only thing that connects it to the fuse box is a black wire that connects to the back of the fuse box. I tested the black wire and it is hot. Is that black wire supposed to be hot?

What do you mean, “all go to this red plug that just ends” and what does “the only thing that connects it to the fuse box is a black wire that connects to the back of the fuse box” mean??? 94
I didnt mean to say plug its more of a connection point that is orangeish red and it contains all of the accessories sunroof windows wiper radio. The black wire plugs into and connects all of the accessories wires to the back of the fuse box.
Im not sure if this black wire is a ground or power. The test light lights up when it is touched.
I am going to the junk yard to get a new Orangeish red thing and a fuse box today.
I hope this fixes my problem.
 to the DA god
Update
fuse box = fail
Orange connection box thing for wipers ect = fail
On the back of the fuse box at the top theres a plug that has 6 pins in it its about in the middle and is green. it has the thick (red & blue) (red & green) wires from the light switch that run to it. In the top middle row of this plug is a black ground? At least I think it is supposed to be a ground. It runs out of this plug into the orange connection point for some of the accessories. When I touch a test light to this black wire it is HOT. Is this supposed to be hot? Everytime it is grounded (the black wire runs into the orange connection point and then the same wire comes out of it and goes to the ground above the fuse box.) the fuse pops.
I think you have a grounding issue.
Can you post some pix of the plugs/connectors/orange thing?
I know of no ground going to fuse box. 94
