Now i have read around and saw this might be the ICU going bad
The thing is my rear defroster and headlights still on chime still work. So i was wondering if this might just be the switch going bad or if its still the ICU
Also fan speeds 1 and 2 on my climate control dont work, settings 3 and 4 work fine though. Is this again just the switch going bad or the blower motor?

I’d say change out the ICU. My rear defroster and headlights still worked too. After changing the ICU, all is normal. That was in 2005 and still working.
Now for the climate control, you might want to change this one piece called the “blower motor resistor”. Search on this and it will tell you where its located and how to remove and replace it. BTW, its easy. The ICU replacement… not so easy. Good luck.
The int function relay is built in the icu on tegs/civ. Take apart the icu and look for cracked solder joints around the relay.
