Well guess its time for a formal intro! I’ve been a member since Feb. but only joined in intrest of teg tips. Lol. But I am now getting hooked on the forum game. Lol. Damn g2ic! Jk. My dad has owned an automotive repair shop for 11 years now and restored classics his whole life. So naturally, premium gas is part of my bloodstream! Lol. I developed a love for the lowered, clean, jdm look. All makes. But my passion is for hondas! So i purchased a 91 teg da9 for 400 bucks. It needed right much work. And the build is still going after almost 2 years. Many, many long nights at the shop and a small truck load of money later…here are some pics of my project… exterior(sorry for size and pic quality, new to all this) interior and the heart And soon to be installed valve cover Thanks for looking!!! Opinions excepted. Lol
welcome!!!
…diggin’ the chocolate chip interior theme…kinda reminds me of my interior. car looks good, not feeling the headlights, buts that my opinion.
looks like its comin along pretty well. not a fan of those lights but to each their own, and not too much into rims bigger than 16s but nonetheless it doesnt look bad at all. whats the plans for it?
17’s are the biggest wheels i like myself and 100 bucks for the wheels was hard to refuse on a budget. Lol. I think im done with exterior and interior except for small details. I always wondered were people are getting the 1 piece clear headlights though? I’m also done with the suspension too. I have crx adjustable coil-overs, f & r camber kits, kyb gr-2 struts, and an ES master kit along with the extra bushings that were’nt included. Undecided on under the hood issue? I took off the electric turbo. Lol. Junk! I also have a project truck that i love, so its a toss-up what to do.
Is that one of those “electric superchargers” or whatever they’re called?
otherwise, car looks good.
That a E turbo? Hows that working for you?
Electric supercharger. Yes. FAIL!!! All it did was cause restricted air flow. Definitely had to remove. Lol.
Thanks for compliments and opinions guys!!!
I like the interoir, well minus the acura symbol stiched in.
very nice interior
Thanks for the comments! I wasn’t too pleased with the symbol stitching either. Wasn’t the path I was going for, bt it was hard to pass up $250 bucks for all the seats and panels wrapped in custom soft trim leather! Lol
