i wanted to know if tenzo r and tsudo are good brands or not, the shop in town orders from them and gets stuff pretty cheap but i dont want crap u know? so any feedback is greatly appreciated -dan
i had some tenzo rims 17" 1 of em cracked but i think ill blame that on my gf cause at the time she would just drive over anything. it had to be a pot about 1-1 1/2" deep at around 30mph
i have a trnzo R strut bar and its total crap.
Any brand that doesnt have a R&D team is shit.
the only thing they make that is semi decent are there seats. mildly decent quality with the seats. nowhere near recaro, sparco, or momo status obviously, but for a pair of seats for a couple hundo, they aren’t bad.
to be honest though, you’d be much better off saving for something made by a company with a good reputation. and as someone else mentioned, a dedicated Research and Development team.
I have a set of Tenzo Mean 6 rims. Not my favorite set of rims but I like them. Much like all other wheel companies they just make molds of other peoples rims and duplicate them. You would be surprised how many companies get other companies to make their rims for them. A whole lot of middle man action in the wheel industry. But anyways, I never had a problem with my tenzo rims. They are more for looks than for the ultra light. Defiantly not racing rims but I beat the shit out of them and they keep on going. If you are looking for a high quality rim I would go with something like 5Zigen or Work. Well worth the money.
couldn’t have said it any better myself:
thats why I rock a set of 5Zigen FN01R-C wheels. best set of wheels on the market IMO (if you’re into 5 spoke wheels i mean)
I have a set of 17" Tenzo R RS5’s, that I’ve had on my ride for 6 years, and they still look great. never had a problem with them at all.
I have a full Tsudo exhaust, and it sounds great!
^ummmmm…
What?
I have a full Tsudo exhaust, and it sounds great!
where do you get Tsudo out of TENZO R??? tell me please!!!:bigread: :bigread: :bigread:
“i wanted to know if tenzo r and tsudo are good brands or not”
um maybe u should try READING, tsudo is like the 5th word in the post
^^ HAHA, Thank you! :bigread: :bigread:
your right, you should change that in your title too… It just says Tenzo R… my bad
no they suck dont buy them. end of thread
tenzo r= fairly decent i guess just a notch above obx/ss-autochrome so to speak.
tsudo=obx=ssautochrome
the db1 i just bought came with a ghetto rigged ass tsudo cat-back exhaust. the muffler itself is i swear like 12 inches total in length haha!! the quality looks pretty good though. i’ll be selling the system in place of a stock system but i must say it sounds decent for a cheaper cat back. no raspiness at all…just low and LOUD!!!too loud for me. haha
hope that helps
i liked my tenzo r Passion 5’s. Like the other guy said, it was more for looks and definitely not for racing. Had them for over 2 years and never had a problem.
I also had one of thoes ebay special Tsudo cat-back’s on my crx. It actually sounded half way decent, but the rear section was overly round and hung real low. It also looked a little funny which is why i eventualy painted it with flat black BBQ paint…lol
