Their is a stateside S1 tranny (non-Vtec) and a JDM S1 tranny (vtec) The difference is the Non vtec tranny has longer gears(USDM), and the Vtec is short geared(JDM). If you intend on using a 92+ Integra with a JDM S1 you will have to use a 90-91 CLutch Componets. If you use a 92+ Cable tranny you will have to use a 92+ Clutch components. There is no way of telling S1’s from each other. The only true way is to install and test drive it
and watch the tach. My jdm S1 speed at 70MPH is 4K rpm. I hope this has helped.
