hey hows it going. anyway, i was driving in heavy rain with cold air intake attached i was thinking about taking the cai off but i didnt so when i hit 1 1/2 feet of water and bent the rod :frowning: and lost oil pressure is there anything in the oil pump that are fragile oil level is fine a sightly little milky but not too milky its still a little dark brown and it looks like the crank hit the bottom of piston pretty hard where it start to grind the crank against the piston thank you for reading this and giving some input thank u

I have a b20 block if u need it has pistons and is bored out.

another question i got pr4 rods that are stamped 92 found another one on ebay stamped 25 what does that mean is it production number?? i need one badly a little worried about the stamp number i ve searched didnt get any info about it

The oil pump can be taken apart and inspected… I didnt see any parts inquiry in the OP not sure why you got hassled lol. What cylinder went? I just hydrolocked Saturday. #1 rod shot thru the block. I was a day late taking off the CAI, and the storm was a day early. Haha.

It wasn’t in the OP… But in two separate posts he inquired about parts FS.

If the rods are PR4, then they’re PR4… The other numbers are likely casting numbers as you thought. Like the PR3-X heads… they are ALL PR3, just different casting numbers on the end.

yeah, unified hit the nail on the head. Pr4 is pr4, regardless of the following numbers.
