Is this PR4 ECU an obd0, or obd2?

I just got an ECU off ebay that was listed as an obd0 PR4, but it doesn’t have the diagnostic led in it like the one in my 90 teg has… Is this an obd2 PR4?

To read codes from it you short the appropriate jumper under the glove box and read the flash sequence from the CEL instead.
