Is this set-up sound good?

When the car will be run on the street:

Stiff Stuffs: Koni Yellow Struts - Eibach Sportline Springs - ITR Front Lower Control Arm - Fonction7 ITR Spec Billet Rear Lower Control Arms - - Custom Homemade 3-point Front Upper Strut Bar, Rear Strut Tower Bar, Rear Trunk Floor Brace, Quick Release C-Pillar Bar - Monkey Bar (“X” Bar)

Is this sound good? The Koni Yellow and Eibach will be ITR Specs.

Is there something I need to change/add/delete to make it work?

BTW I really need a set-up with ITR Spec Shock for future ITR Coilovers set-up

Thanks a lot.

id actually do the shocks and springs and add some new bushings, then add little by little to get the feel of each thing added to see if its to your needs and what you need to adjust so you dont put all of it on and then it rides not to your liking and then you dont know what suspension part it is you put on that you need to adjust??..i was told that one time at least…so just passing it on …but why do you want all that just for street?

well the stock itr rates are: F 246lb/in (linear)
R 140~246lb/in (progressive) i think?

Don’t worry  I’m not putting this in one step, and it’s not only for street.

What I was talking about the ITR Set-up is that I wanna put some coilovers in a far future to take the car to a next step and we don’t have a lot of choice for our DA. That’s resume it a lot.

Thanks

your going to use a itr front lower control arm?.. do you mean the dc2 shock forks? the da and the dc front subframes are different designs. you cant use a front LCA from a itr.

i think you should add in some nice swaybars and a good set of camber kits.

so like itr 5 lug or forks for itr coilovers? is that right? or like a coilovers to the itr specs? because koni yellows/gc should be good enough though. but looks like a good setup should have fun while driving around

Sorry if I don’t explain myself clear (I speak French).

For the Sway Bars, i plan on putting Suspension Technique Front & Rear Sway Bar later on it. I’ll check about the Camber kit, any suggestion??

About the ITR :stuck_out_tongue:

I want to put Zeal Function B6 Coilovers on my Teg in a far future (let’s say in 2 years) They don’t make one specific to DA so I’ll be using those from the ITR. I’ve read that to use the Coilovers/Shocks From an ITR, I only need the Lower Control Arms. As I read your response, do I need the ITR Fork to or it’s the same??

Thanks a lot guys!

This will answer any questions you have. That seems like a good plan though.
But definetly do it bit by bit; to get the most from each part. For a street/road course car, (dual purpose vehicle) you really only need a lower tie bar & front & rear upper strut bars. The stiffining of the back helps w/ the oversteer. That & some left-foot braking should get you around the corners just fine for a good while. You’ll need to up your powerplant to keep up in the straight-aways. Do some suspension work, then go for the power. (if you haven’t already)
